The world is amazed to see only one millimeter welding dye
TOKYO: Japanese experts have developed one of the world’s shortest metal dyes with regular perforations. Even if it is placed on the fingertips, it is very difficult to see because its size is only one millimeter.
It is made by welding craftsmen at Mazda Motor Company and they have made this dye thanks to welding. Only then will these basic features emerge. Pictures of this penny-like dye are gaining popularity on Japanese social media. Which has received more than 30,000 likes and thousands of people have written their reaction.
Although there is no practical use of this dye because there is no machine so small that it can be applied. However, it is definitely a record item that shows the skills of its craftsmen. Its hardness is similar to that of large dyes. Social media users have praised the patience and hard work of the artisans after seeing the dye.
It has six to one cells like six. First a plate was molded in the shape of a T-shape. It was then twisted into a square with high-grade fine tweezers. In the end, all the parts were welded through a very fine welding process. Welder said it was a very delicate task that was done with great precision and that the whole process was breath-taking.
A few years ago, a department for making fine and fine parts was set up in Mazda company. The first 100 mm dye was made by the artisans here four years ago and this creation has been gradually reduced to one millimeter.
Experts say that it is made by holding the breath in front of a large convex lens, which is probably the shortest dye in the world.
