Riyadh: Saudi Minister for Human Resources and Social Promotion Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi has said that both rewards and wages will benefit from the insurance of domestic workers.
According to a report by a foreign news agency, Ahmed bin Suleiman said in a statement that one of the benefits of domestic staff insurance is that in case the worker dies or becomes incapacitated, the recruitment company will be obliged to provide a replacement worker to the sponsor. ۔
He said that the benefit of insurance is that in case of death, the responsibility of sending back the deceased will also be included in it. In case of escape of the worker, the sponsor will be given a replacement worker.
The Minister of Human Resources said that in case of any accident during the work, compensation will be provided through insurance, the insurance policy will make the Saudi labor market more attractive.
Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi further said that the rights of both the employer and the employee will be protected by the insurance and the risks and losses arising during the work will be kept to a minimum.
