Saudi Arabia: New Agreement, Guidebook on Foreign Visas Issued
Riyadh: The Saudi Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare has released a guidebook on the new employment contract, which explains the exit promise and the issuance of a bath visa.
According to a report by a foreign news agency, the guideline also contains other clarifications regarding the new agreement, which states that the employee has the right to withdraw his / her exit (entry re-entry) on his / her own.
According to the guidebook, the foreign worker will also have the option of self-imposed exit (final exit), however, the employer can record an objection to the application within 10 days in view of any possible concerns.
The worker will be able to issue an exit and return visa within 5 days of the expiration of the period and it will be effective. Similarly, the exit visa will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
