Saudi Arabia: Good news for job seekers
Yazd: A new agreement has been reached in Saudi Arabia regarding the labor market, under which policies on various issues, including training job seekers, will be formulated.
According to a report by a foreign news agency, the agreement has been reached between the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Education and Training Evolution Commission, which will enhance the skills of the labor market and provide training to job seekers in various fields.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dr. Abdullah bin Nasir Abu Nasin, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Human Resources, and Dr. Hussam bin Abdul Wahab Zaman, Chairman, Education and Training Evolution Commission.
The agreement also stipulates that research will be promoted for the Saudi labor market, taking into account policy-making, supply and demand factors. It will also raise the standard of job training and internships.
The agreement between the parties will also provide employment to experts in the field of education. Expansion of professional pathways and training activities in the labor market is part of the plan. The parties say the move is part of a series to achieve Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
