Moscow: Russia has threatened to cut ties with the European Union if President Vladimir Putin is banned from traveling.

According to the World News Agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that in response to painful economic and travel sanctions, we are ready to sever ties with the European Union.
