Peanuts Nutritional treatment of cholesterol and high blood pressure
Washington: There is a magical lentil in you and in our house that not only lowers cholesterol but also keeps blood pressure normal. We call it peanut lentils.

Although there has been a lot of research on peanut lentils in the last few years. Peanut lentils inhibit angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) in the body. This enzyme increases the risk of heart disease because it hardens and narrows the arteries.

Pulses and beans lower LDL cholesterol, according to a report in the journal Human and Experimental Toxicology. Peanut lentils contain antioxidants and thus have a positive effect on the whole body.
The same report says that if peanut lentils are used for one month, it can effectively control blood pressure. Lentils are rich in phenols and peptides which keep the whole body healthy.

The third major benefit of peanut lentils is that they are rich in magnesium. Magnesium has many important effects on the body. Adequate intake of it in the body protects against heart attack and stroke. Earlier, a study of magnesium was conducted. It tested 58,000 people aged 40 to 79 for magnesium. At the end of the survey, it was found that the right amount of magnesium can reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack by 51%.
