Canada Two accused killed and six policemen injured in bank robbery
British Columbia: Police foil a robbery attempt at a Canadian bank, killing both suspects and injuring six policemen.
According to the international news agency, two armed criminals entered a bank in the western Canadian province of British Columbia with the intention of robbery and took the people present in the bank hostage.
Upon receiving the report of the incident, the police rushed to the spot and confronted the accused. Both the accused were killed and six policemen were injured in the exchange of fire.
Explosives were also recovered from the bank and the houses around the bank were evacuated.
