Canada lifts travel ban on Pakistan
According to the Canadian Minister of Transport, PIA flights between Canada and Pakistan have also been restored but travel restrictions on India will remain in place.
On the other hand, according to the spokesperson of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), after being satisfied with the SOPs formulated by CEO Arshad Malik, PIA has received permission from the Canadian authorities to resume direct flights. ۔
The spokesman said that in the first phase, PIA would start three weekly flights from Sunday while the flights would depart from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
According to the spokesperson, booking for flights has been opened and people can easily get seats.
Keep in mind that PIA’s air operations to Canada were limited to cargo only because of Corona.
